Terms & Conditions Digital Products:
All digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable files and your irrevocable access to them once they’ve been delivered. Thanks for being awesome! If you’re on the fence about whether or not something would be a good fit for you, absolutely email us to support@freestyle-your-life.com anytime and ask all the questions you’d like. We want to be the right fit for you and we truly believe, that we can inspire you to stand up for yourself and help you evolve into your greatness and authenticity. Pre-order items, on the other hand, are 100% refundable up and until the product delivery date. If you’d like to cancel your Freestyle-You-Life Tune Up Your authenticity monthly membership subscription, you may do so anytime by zipping over an email request to support@freestyle-your-life.com and you will not be charged effective the following billing period; however, no refunds for past months will be given. (Note: requests for cancellation of subscriptions will be processed immediately, not on the next scheduled billing date.)
Terms & Conditions Live Events:
Freestyle-Your-Life offers high quality, first-class programs.
Each program requires extensive preparation and these preparations are based on the number of registrants. In addition, our suppliers for site location, event/course activities and supplies charge “per attendee” and require us to place non-refundable deposits when a registrant registers for a program.
We commit to these services and supplies on your behalf. For these reasons, credit or refund is available within the first three (3) days of registration only. After this time, no form of credit or refund will be issued.
Transfer requests of event/course to another date is at the sole discretion of Erneste Carla Zimmermann if another date is available.
